In order to offer you a quick and efficient service, please use the following file exchange specifications:
• Acceptable file types: Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw. Extra charges will be required for any file manipulation. A proof will be be submited to you in order to get your approval.
• Fonts : All text should be converted to "outline" (for files designed on Ilustrator) or "curve" (for files designed on Corel Draw).
• Proofing : In order to avoid errors, we request that you sent us a color proof (printed on a laser or inkjet printer). You can also send us your file in PDF with the color references.
File Exchange Procedure
• In order to expedite the transfer of your electronic files, please choose one of the following file exchange options:
• By E-mail : Please send us all your files to support@clickaffiche.com. Please note that files larger than 10MB may be delayed or not delivered. In this case, we recommend that you sent us big files using our ftp. Please see the following procedure for more information.
• By ftp : We recommend the use of an "ftp client" to facilitate the uploading or downloading of your electronic files. If you do not have an ftp client, we recommend the use of free software from www.filezilla-project.org. To access Click Affiche ftp site you will require the domain name, username and password.
